A grief-centered gathering held monthly in The Parlor. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee or tea, and hold space for griefs of all kinds.

Masks encouraged and provided. Because of the peer-support structure of this gathering, attendees must be 18 years or older. Bring anything that helps you feel more comfortable.

Tending grief is often a forgotten component of community care. Mourning can be seen as an inconvenience, but loss is a persistent companion to living—when we make space for it, we discover there's enough space for all that arises.

Kelia desires to embody space that is sacred, compassionate, and peaceful. Her degree in Expressive Arts Therapy.
